This is an apartment house with 4 apartments, two located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The close proximity to the forest provides a harmonious environment in which to relax and switch off. Furthermore, the house has a well-tended garden with deck chairs, outdoor furniture and a barbecue to help ensure a pleasant stay. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and has a view of the garden. It is a spacious apartment, ideal for 4 persons. There is one bedroom furnished with a king size bed and in the living room you'll find a double extensible couch. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, sink and china as well as other appliances. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
In the living room there is a TV. The apartment has a safe, central heating and an alarm system.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
