The dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and sociable gatherings. The living room provides one corner sofa and two armchairs as well as a satellite TV. The corner sofa can be converted into two sofa beds, each for one person, so that the living room provides beds for two more people.Two modern shower rooms each with a WC round off the accommodation. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. There is gas central heating.

Despite the secluded road, it is easy to get to the train station (1km) and the ferry (500m). There are shopping facilities within about a six-minute walk. It is also just a short drive to nearby places of interest and trip destinations such as Földvar (2km), Tihany (5km) and Siofok (15km).

Bed linen, towels, the final cleaning, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in the rental price.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
