The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Location Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 3800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property. Special air conditioner. Facilities: cot, high chair and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire. Pool Outdoor pool (diameter 4 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use).
