The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Majoshaza is located about 20 minutes from Budapest directly on the Danube, our house with garden has a direct jetty on the Rackevei Danube (oxbow of the Danube). In the neighbourhood there are numerous fishing lakes or leisure lakes (Jade Beach)
You have the possibility to fish from your own garden or to do other water sports directly from your front door. The airport as well as the city centre of Budapest can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car.

You have 3 bedrooms and a very large kitchen/living room with a view of the Danube and our garden. The rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, on the ground floor the kitchen, bathroom and living room, our garden room is on the lower floor with a large window and a direct view of the garden. The large kitchen is equipped with raclette stove / fondieset / contact grill / oven / dishwasher / fridge with freezer. All bedrooms have a TV. In the garden there is a large pool and a pergola to sit outside. Directly on the Danube is our jetty with motorboat and 50 metres further on the main river is our private jetty with 2 sleeping places. (Lined all year round)
Fuel for the boat is available on request, payable on site.

You are located directly on the banks of the Danube. This part of the Rackeve Danube is not obstructed! You are in the middle of the Schlifflandschaft and directly on the water. A dream for holidays with water sports and fishing. And yet Budapest city centre is only a few minutes away.

The village is a few minutes walk away. Shopping facilities / bank / tobacco / doctor / pharmacy are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Large shopping centres such as Obi / Tesco etc can be reached in 10 minutes by car or by public transport (please inform yourself in advance about the public transport network).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
