General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private), a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a freezer.

Country house Tiszaszentimre Pusta and Lake Tisza 8 people. Private parking, swimming pool and large private garden. This holiday home is located on a road between the villages of Tiszaszentimre (10 minutes cycling distance, supermarket) and Tiszaderz. The property was converted in 2010 from an old school into a luxury country house with swimming pool. The house is completely private among farmland and forest, next to an agricultural farm (little activity in high summer).

Large terraces with pool and covered pool lounge for shade and summer lunches outside. Sunbeds and two outdoor tables. Large outdoor table with parasol for 8 people next to nice barbecue or outdoor fireplace. Large grassed garden (3000 m2) around the house, plenty of space for children to play, totally private with ample parking for cars and gate to the road. Walk directly into the fields for a beautiful sunset (running, mountain bike).

Very suitable for e.g. two families (maximum 8 people). Two spacious bedrooms, one with private bathroom. Third bedroom with two bunk beds. Large open kitchen connected to large living room with fireplace and many windows. High beamed ceilings, cosy and nicely furnished (also for private use).

Nearby are three national parks, the famous Puszta (30 minutes), Lake Tisza and the Bukk mountains (1 hour). But Budapest is also easily accessible in a day trip (2 hours). Cycling, hiking, fishing, visiting wine regions or going to a restaurant (very cheap). The large Tisza lake is a 15-minute drive away where you can sunbathe, swim or do water sports. A bike ride around the lake is 80 kilometres. Bicycles, canoes or motor boats are available for rent. Nature lovers can visit bird nesting areas or hike here.

The house is very suitable for people with their own boat, Lake Tisza is nearby and moorings can be reserved at the luxurious Abadszalok marina. Boats can be sailed on Lake Tisza, and surfing, sailing, water-skiing or wakeboarding are also allowed. It is still very quiet on these beautiful lakes connected by the Tisza River. The bathing water is controlled (national park) and is always nice and warm. Hungary is comparatively a very cheap country. Restaurants are very cheap and the food is simply good (the "gutburcherliche" German cuisine).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
