Stay with us in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site and Fertö Hansag National Park on the Hungarian side of Lake Neusiedl.
We are located directly on the Austrian border to Mörbisch and Sankt Margarethen in Burgenland, with lots of nature and culture, and with opera stages and other attractions around the lake.
Winter at Lake Neusiedl is much more than just bathing fun. It attracts visitors with winter walks, safaris, bike tours, thermal spa relaxation, unique and great cuisine - and lots of culture.
Winter by the sea has its own magic. The air is clear, the view is wide, and the tireless waves of the lake glisten from steel blue to silvery. Go for a walk, feel the wind in your hair or simply watch the clouds drift by. Fantastic.
Without leaving the national borders, Lake Neusiedl is actually the closest you can get to this feeling. Because that's where it is: Il mare dei Viennesi - Lake Neusiedl, the sea of the Viennese. This often sounds a bit like a pejorative, but neither party deserves it. It's simply the case that you can feel a little seaside flair here, both in summer and winter, starting with the journey there, when the land spreads out in front of you like a picnic blanket and then the large lake appears, which, from the right perspective, really does stretch to the horizon. There's also a lighthouse, pretty old villages whose inhabitants are particularly relaxed about visitors in the off-season, good wine - and yes, their own unique cuisine. If you don't get that holiday feeling, then something is wrong.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
