The holiday home is located on a through road on the edge of a small village in northern Hungary. Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can enjoy outdoor life here in the 5800 m2 garden.

The ground floor, approx. m2, consists of: living room with wood-burning stove, dining room with wood-burning stove, entrance hall and hallway, kitchen with wood-burning cooker and electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, breadmaker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, playroom with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms. On the second floor are 3 more spacious bedrooms with 6x 1p beds, large bathroom and huge lounge. Beech parquet flooring throughout the house except in the kitchen and bathrooms. Furthermore, natural materials have been used as much as possible.

From the covered terrace you have a view of the 84m2 organic swimming pond. It is purified by plants. There is a large dining table on the terrace with 10 chairs. There are also 6 low garden chairs and 2 wicker loungers. In the garden there are 2 more garden benches. The garden has many fruit trees such as apples, pears, cherries and walnuts.

There is free internet/wifi. High chair and cot are available. Bookcase full of all kinds of subjects in Dutch, German and English. Not forgetting table football.

7 km away is Zsilvasvarad where you can take a train into the national park Bukk. There is also a nice open-air museum. Here you will also find the national Lipizzan stud farm and horse museum. Restaurants in all price ranges can also be found here. A little further away there is the baroque town of Eger. Upon request, the landlord can give you many more tips.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
