General

This holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom. The holiday home is equipped with an air conditioner, a garden, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Our studios are located in Pau, a quiet and unspoilt village about 40 km south of Volos, 4 km south of Lefokastro and 4 km west of Argalasti.
Pau is a very small settlement; there are no tavernas and no shopping facilities so a hire car is necessary. The nearest villages with tavernas, restaurants and shops are Argalasti (4 km), Horto (7 km) and Milina (10 km).

3 studios - each for 2-3 persons: Each studio is the same size (28 square metres) and equally equipped. It consists of a living/bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchenette separated by a counter, air conditioning, TV, Wi/Fi Internet, shower/WC and large terrace with sea view.
Cleaning service: Final cleaning, bed linen and towel change twice a week.

Studio no. 2 is rented here

The three studios for rent are located on a large plot of approx. 1500 square metres with olive trees. In the garden there is also a barbecue area with garden furniture, which is available for our guests.
Parking: directly in front of the house or in the grounds of the house

Beach: Great beach right in front of the house, crystal clear water, beautiful sunset, view of the sea from your bed!

Away from mass tourism, ideal for a quiet holiday.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
