Damouchari is located on the east coast about 48 kilometres from Volos. It is a very small village consisting of a few houses built in the traditional Pilion style and what gives Damouchari a complete charm is the natural harbour and the beautiful bay with crystal clear waters. Damouchari is one of the most beautiful corners of the marvellous Pelion peninsula. It is off the beaten track, but you can quickly reach several places where you can find entertainment and shopping facilities. One of these places is Agios Ioannis about 4 km away.beach: Below the house about 40 m is the beautiful bay of Damouchari. Other beaches and bays can be reached within a radius of 4 km. The nearest beautiful beach of Papanero is approx. 500 m away.

The houses are built in a 9000 square metre plot surrounded by olive trees and consist of three buildings and each building has 4 studios (two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor). All are equally modern and tastefully furnished and offer a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature between mountain and sea, between heaven and earth. The studios consist of a beautiful combined living/bedroom with a fireplace and have a shower/WC, a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bed and one or two sofas, which can also be used to sleep a third or fourth person. The studios also have air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, balcony with garden furniture and sea view.The complex consists of 3 buildings. Each building has 4 studios 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. Each studio has a panoramic sea view due to its elevated position. The size of the studios varies between 40-45 square metres and the balconies or terraces between 15-30 square metres

Damouchari is said to have played an important role in the past and this conclusion can be drawn from the remains of a Byzantine castle.small and impressive paths lead from the village through olive groves and chestnut trees away from settlements to other places in the area. For those who, in addition to swimming in the clear waters, enjoy fishing, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing or other water sports, there is the possibility of enjoying all this in Agios Ioannis, about 4 kilometres from Damouchari.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
