The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Eleni Villa is located in Horto approx. 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina.
There are two houses on a plot of approx. 1800 square metres. Villa Eleni I with two flats and Villa Eleni II a maisonette house.
In the garden there is a swimming pool (4 x 6 m and depth 1.20-1.50 m) which is open until the end of September and a large garden.
Please
note that the garden and swimming pool are also used by other guests.

Nearby, about 200 metres, you will find a small grocery shop, taverns and restaurants.

Eleni Villa I has 2 flats. One flat on the upper floor and one on the ground floor: Each flat is suitable for 4-5 people and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living room with a seating area and sleeping facilities for a 5th person, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The flat on the upper floor has a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture and is 74 square metres in size (+ balcony).
The flat on the ground floor has a veranda with garden furniture but no fireplace and is 70 square metres in size (+ veranda). Both flats have air conditioning.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
