The centrepiece of the accommodation is a spacious plot of 3000 square metres, located directly on the beach. Thanks to the seven metre wide gate, you can easily drive your car right up to the front door to unload your luggage without much effort. The interior of our holiday home is designed to offer you every conceivable comfort. So your stay with us will not only be relaxing, but also pleasant in every respect.
The outdoor area invites you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the lights opposite in the evening with a lower terrace, a spacious upper terrace and several verandas. Enjoy direct access to the beach and experience unforgettable moments under the Greek sun. The pool of the house is also available for refreshment from the beginning of June to the beginning of September.
The holiday home is in an excellent location for exploring the local gastronomy and culture. A short walk will take you to beach bars and cafés, while the KAVOS taverna, known for its excellent culinary experiences, is just a few hundred metres away. The neighbouring village of Raches with its harbour restaurants and Stilida with a Lidl and a fish market are also worth a visit. The easy access from Volos airport, only 51 km away, and the proximity to many attractions make our house the ideal base for your explorations.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
