Piccolo Paradiso Villas consists of two charming neighboring villas located in the traditional village of Gennadi. There are three in each house. In every house, there is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful views. There are three in each house. On the upper floors, each house has two bathrooms with bathtubs, while on the ground floors there is one bathroom with a shower in each house. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely patio area and a shared swimming pool. The outdoor space includes a shared BBQ , and a basketball hoop & playground — perfect for fun and relaxing moments together. Sunbeds and parasols are provided by the sharing pool, and a traditional well adds a charming touch to the surroundings.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
