The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Also, visitors should explore the east coast of the island and find the most idyllic beaches. For example, Thermes Kallithea is only a 7 minute drive away and Faliraki beach is only a 15 minute drive away. You should not miss seeing the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 10 minute drive away from the villa. The island’s airport is found in the distance of a 25 minute drive. The villa is also just an hour drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most impressive archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most stunning beaches.

Each bedroom has a beautiful balcony and a flat screen. The villa’s living space with a minimal decoration is comprised of an open plan modern kitchen and a comfy living room with a flat screen with cable channels. High quality furniture will help you relax and enjoy in-house leisure time, while the fully equipped kitchen is standing by for any meal preparation along with the cozy dining area. Also, there are 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. Guests can have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The outdoor spaces of the villa offer a magnificent swimming pool & heated jacuzzi, equipped with sunbeds and parasols so you can enjoy the island’s soothing sun and work on your tan. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
