The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a hot tub, a roof terrace and a patio and there are seven air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two baths, three washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

The ground floor features a master suite with a queen-size bed and copper bathtub, along with two double-bed mezzanines that share a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing faucet. A separate WC is also accessible from the patio.

Upstairs, guests will find a bright double bedroom with a queen-size bed, an additional mezzanine with a double bed, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, bathtub and WC.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
