Detailed information
This two-storey accommodation is spacious and convenient with a warm atmosphere. It consists of two very cosy bedrooms which include two queen-size beds, a leather sofa, a double sofa-bed, a large comfortable livingroom, a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, an outdoors BBQ area, BBQ, and private parking. Last but not least, the breathtaking view of the coastline from the balcony.
The villa is just two minutes on foot from the very popular Lee Beach in the centre of Pefkos. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Modern kitchens, lots of cupboard space and all the necessary kitchen tableware needed to enjoy relaxing meals gazing at the spectacular sunset. Also included is a microwave, toaster,fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee/espresso maker, mixer and more all for your convenience.
There are two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, both fully furnished with two double beds, built-in wardrobes, three plasma TV screens,free internet/Wifi throughout the villa. Also a steam iron, hairdryer, two electric safe deposit boxes in each bedroom.
We provide sleeping arrangements for children under two years of age, on request prior to arrival.
The livingroom is bright and spacious with large windows overlooking the south-eastern coast of the island. There is also a fireplace for those cool nights. The bathrooms have a 24 hour supply of hot water. For your convenience there are also slippers and towels available for all guests.
On arrival, guests will receive a welcome package which includes fruit and wine. The guests can use all the outdoor garden conveniences provided.
The BBQ, garden furniture, private parking while relaxing and admiring the panoramic view of the sea and the mountain which is located next to the villa. Furthermore, the spacious garden is offered for social events such as wedding receptions etc. Just next door, only 10 metres away, take advantage of the facilities provided by the family-owned hotel. There is a swimming pool and snack bar where on can enjoy a meal and cocktail poolside.
The surrounding area has a wide range of activities such as swimming fishing, scuba diving, water sports, cycling, jogging, hiking. In addition many shops, tavernas which serve traditional Greek cuisine, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian cuisine as well as cafes and bars all available for your personal enjoyment.
It is an ideal place for an adventure into the northern and southern part of the Island of Rhodes. In close proximity to many historical and well-known tourist attractions, beaches and museums just to name a few. The “Emerald” of the island, Lindos is just 3 km from the villa and the International Airport is a 52 km drive.
The owners will be at your disposal during your whole stay to provide any assistance or information needed to make your stay the most unforgettable experience ever.

ABOUT THE OWNER:
The owners have two kids. The owner was born and raised in Rhodes. He likes travelling very much and he appreciates good food. He likes spending his free time with his family and if the weather is favorable, especially in winter, he goes on fishing trips with friends. He also loves music, mountain biking and basketball. He and his wife would very much like to meet you in person and solve any questions you may have. Finally he would like to inform you that it would be his pleasure to make your staying as confortable as possible, like it would be your own house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
