This villa has been refurbished to a very high standard where everything is new and very tasteful. It is clear from the moment you enter the poperty that a lot of love has gone into the design and finishing touches and it is not surprising to learn that the owner was an architect and design student. There are so many beautiful pieces everywhere you look, making your stay even more pleasureable.

Your Greek Villa Holiday will of course be filled with days relaxing by the pool, having easy access to everything that is inside, such as cold drinks to cool down and evenings enjoying sundowners and meals in the outside dining and living areas listening to the sounds of the cicadas. Surrounded by fruit and olive trees, you will really get the full experience of being in Greece!

As you walk inside this unique villa, you are met by a beautifully fitted kitchen with traditional tiles. The inside dining area leads on from the kitchen and living area. This part of the property has direct access onto the pretty pool and garden area.

Two of the double bedrooms can be accessed from the living area. One with it's own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and the other with access to the family bathroom with bath. All mattresses in the villa are Cocomat which are top quality, guaranteeing you an excellent sleep! The third and fourth bedrooms can be accessed from a beautifully decorated passageway in the adjoining building All three double bedrooms have the traditional Lindian Banka beds which are built on wooden platforms and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The third and fourth bedrooms also benefit from en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers.

Dining outside is one of the many pleasures of a villa holiday in Greece and I am sure that you will enjoy many wonderful meals 'al fresco'. The purpose built BBQ is ideal for this!

The mix of traditional architecture with modern design and its proximity to the beach and village makes this villa a number one choice for a wonderful holiday in Rhodes!

Outside, the luxury seating area provides an excellent spot for relaxing whilst listening to the cicadas in the garden.
There is also plenty of room around the pool for taking in the Greek sunshine as you lounge on the sunbeds or bean beds! Or you may wish to try the hammock chair for a change.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
