Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms with bathtubs, while there are two more bathrooms with bathtubs for everyone to share. In the living room, there are two single sofa beds, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay. Outside, you'll discover a fantastic outdoor area with comfy furniture where you can relax and soak up the sun. There's also a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together in the fresh air. And for those who love barbecue, we've got you covered with our barbecue grill. The most beautiful part of the villa is the private swimming pool. Take a dive to cool off on hot days or simply lounge by the poolside with a refreshing drink in hand. It's the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your family and friends.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
