This luxurious and tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) holiday villa is in the picturesque locality Pilonas along the south-east coast of the sunny island of Rhodos. The famous beaches on the island are right nearby: Vlycha, Kalathos, Tsampika and Kiotari.

The outdoor area features an 8-metre-long private pool surrounded by six comfortable wooden sun loungers. You can always find a shady spot under the parasol. There is a convenient outdoor shower. On the sun deck higher up and accessed up outdoor stairs you can enjoy an extensive view over the mountainous landscape and the grill area invites you to enjoy leisurely holiday meals under a blue sky. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky. There's also a brand new jacuzzi outdoors suitable for four people.

The living space of 200m² comprises an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms each with a very modern daylight ensuite bathroom. The living room provides a three-seater sofa, a chaise longue and a wide plasma flat screen TV with a satellite receiver. The open fireplace exudes a homely atmosphere and cozy warmth on cooler evenings. In the rear area there is the white built-in kitchen equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with cooker hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, juicer and a washing machine with a dryer function. It also has a large, solid wood dining table with six chairs. One of the light and airy bedrooms is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, and the other bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and built-in cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two bathrooms are fitted with a spacious shower cubicle and they all have a double washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. You can make yourselves comfortable and relaxed in the four- people jacuzzi outdoors next to the swimming pool. Otherwise you can relax by the private swimming pool or read a good book by the large balcony. One of the bedrooms has a cot and a highchair is also available. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace, bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet access is included in the rental price.

Your holiday villa is about 2.5km from the sea and the nearest long beach. It is only about 50 metres to the nearest grocery shop and there is a traditional Greek kafenion café about 100 metres away. It is about 1.5km into the centre of Lindos with a supermarket, an ATM and a good range of cafés and restaurants.

A late check out is no problem if the owner doesn't have a same day arrival at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
