House with fantastic views surrounded by terraces in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by Bouganville as well as olive and fig trees Detached stone house in an area of 6000 square metres on a hill, Delion, situated below the former temple of Apollon with unobstructed views of the bay of Paros, the village of Parikia and the mountains beyond. The house is surrounded by terraces and offers a sheltered spot for every wind direction.
The house is situated on a plot of 6000 square metres overgrown with olive and fig trees. It is surrounded by terraces in an absolutely quiet location and about 4 to 5mn drive to the town centre and the beach. To the side of the house there is a large terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols and there are three outside showers on the property, one of them next to the kitchen with hot water connection and a dry toilet on the property.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room is about 30 square metres, equipped with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom no. 1 with terrace is furnished with a French double bed, two bedside cabinets, desk, shelves and a wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2 with terrace has two single beds, approx. 90 cm wide, a shared bedside table with two drawers, as well as several shelves and an open wardrobe. The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with a double sink, a cooker with oven, a microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment. Toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as a washing machine.
Four to five minutes drive to the beach and town with centre, harbour, cafés and restaurants as well as supermarkets and various shops. 20mn walk to the beach.
The house is nestled in a hill, below the former Apollon temple on the hill with unobstructed views of the sea and the bay of Parikia and Nausa.
