The nearest beach is found at a driving distance of only 10 minutes. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half an hour drive too.

Aileen most likely originated in the Greek language and means “torch of light”. All bedrooms are carefully decorated in a quite contemporary style with an artistic touch. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a unique living area in warm colors that will immediately give you peace. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
