There are 3 bathrooms in total, with showers. All areas of the villa are fully airconditioned. Also, there’s an open plan huge kitchen which is fully equipped and suitable for any meal preparation. In the same area, you will find the sitting areas of the kitchen along with an incredibly cozy living room in soothing tones of grey and exotic colors. There’s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s the dreamy private swimming pool with its sunbeds where you can relax and work on your tan under the rays of the Aegean Sun. Of course, the beach is right about a 5-minute drive from the house so you can easily spend your time there. Also, there’s a BBQ installation along with a sitting area to enjoy a gathering with your friends or family under the starry sky!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
