Monte Smith Villa is located on the outskirts of Rhodes city and offers a private swimming pool with an external heated jacuzzi and a breathtaking sea view. Built on a secluded hillside near the Monte Smith area, the 400sqm two-story villa hosts up to 14 guests and presents you with a truly sophisticated option for a unique holiday experience. The Monte Smith Villa turns luxury into the standard of living. The care that was put in the designing of the property was meant to create a welcoming ambiance with a warm modern décor, as well as a high-standard center stage for quality leisure time.
Monte Smith Villa features ample living space that combines luxurious comforts with a clear sense of home. The property features 6 bedrooms in total. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms — one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which also includes a comfortable double sofa bed. On the lower level, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. In total, the villa offers four bathrooms — two on the main floors and one by the pool, each featuring a shower, a bathtub, and a WC. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, furnished with king-size or single beds, and have access to a private balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with every appliance or amenity you may need and will indulge in culinary adventures and tastes. The living areas are tastefully decorated and convenient. Guests will find flat screen TVs and a Netflix subscription and a ping pong table. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is practically nothing more you can ask for a holiday retreat, whether it is enjoying the sun by the pool, relaxing on the patio with a book and some wine, planning gatherings with your company under the starry sky, or cozying up by the fireplace. Outdoors, there’s a private swimming pool and an external heated jacuzzi, with an absolutely amazing view of the sea. The picturesque outdoor area also has BBQ facilities and kitchen a sitting area with Tv where you can enjoy a meal and relax with your loved ones.
When you eventually decide to leave the privacy of the well-tended garden, the 11x6 pool and the outdoor lounges with a stunning view to the Aegean, you will find yourselves in awe of what Rhodes has to offer. The Rhodes city center, its’ commercial life and nightlife are 10 minutes away by car. Part of it is of course the island’s Medieval Town, a UNESCO monument of global cultural heritage of unparalleled beauty and historical significance. Also, you should explore the west side beaches for all sorts of water sports, and choose the east side for the spur of the moment excursions. Rhodes has a beach for every preference! Sand or pebbles, small bays and vast beaches, serine isolation or all-day and night partying. The airport of Rhodes is found at 20 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods
