The Red Villa, surrounded be trees and flowers, has a surface of 90 square meters, offers an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and seating area with magnificent view to the sea and is completed with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first bedroom comprises a double bed, a big closet and a boudoir and gives a perfect view to the garden and to the sea, even when you are lying on the bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a big closet, too, and offers view to the mountains and to the pool area… There, umbrellas and lounge chairs are waiting for you, in order to give you a nice swimming alternative to the beach.
The Red Villa, suitable for 6 persons, is air-conditioned, features cable TV and free Wi-Fi and offers a private parking space for your car.

The distance between Mouzakis Villas and the capital of Samos island is just 7km, whereas the airport is 20km away. Agia Paraskevi beach waits for you at a distance of 200 meters and Livadaki Beach, one of the most original beaches on the island is only a few minutes away from the residences.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
