The Blue Villa has a surface of 90 m² and can definitely boast for its really astonishing view to the picturesque golf of Agia Paraskevi.
The interior of the house is tastefully decorated. The main entrance leads you into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. In the same place a fully equipped kitchen is available for you. Just opposite of the main entrance, another door gives you the opportunity to discover the terrace looking to the west, where you can enjoy, not only your breakfast feeling the cool breeze that the pergola offers, but also the magnificent sunset at the end of the day.
The first bedroom features a double bed, a big closet and a boudoir and has access to a balcony with great view to the Aegean Sea and the surrounding nature.
The second bedroom features two single beds, a big closet and a small boudoir place with mirror.
The Blue Villa, suitable for 6 persons, is air-conditioned, features cable TV and free Wi-Fi and offers a roofed private parking space for your car.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
