This modern villa has 4 incredible bedrooms. Most of the bedrooms are fully airconditioned, and two of them have balconies. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other one has twin beds. One of the double-bedded rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom doesn’t have air-conditioning. There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. Guests will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, suitable for every meal preparation accompanied by a seating area. Also, there is a living room with a smart TV where you can relax. There's free WIFI access throughout the property. Outdoors is as wonderful as the indoors. There’s a fantastic private swimming pool where you can spend memorable moments under the Aegean sun. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
