Villa Amantea is located 45 minutes from Preveza Airport and 3 hours from Athens Airport.
Villas Amantea 3 is located in the bay of sivota (lefkada) 800m from the port where you can find cafes, bars, family run restaurants, mini market with fresh bread, shops with Greek handicrafts, and shops with organic products. In the bay we can find boats and dinghies for hire, we can fish or stop at the small beach. For bigger and better equipped beaches we have to move to Vasiliki 10 minutes away by car, 32km away we find Lefkada
The villa is located within a fenced private property of 4000 square metres. The main road outside is paved up to our property and the road inside the complex is paved. The villa has a private internal parking area for one car, a private garden enclosed by a hedge of ever-blooming oleanders and surrounded by hundred-year-old olive trees. There is a large swimming pool shared with the other 3 villas of 6mt x 12mt with a large paved sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas For those who know Sivota the road leading to the villas is paved and the private internal road is paved. It is possible to walk to Sivota in 10 minutes by taking a side road that starts in front of the villas.

Villa Amantea3 is for 6 persons maximum, it consists of two floors of about 65 square metres each, on the first floor there is the living area, on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a half bedroom with bunk beds and storage room. There are 2 large bathrooms with showers. The living area has an equipped kitchen, a large table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, and is communicating with a balcony and a large terrace both with a panoramic view of the bay of Sivota. The covered terrace is furnished with a second kitchen with gas barbecue, cooker and sink, table and sitting area. There are: Flat screen TV, Italian and American coffee machines, internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, an iron, and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. Air conditioning in the living area and in the 2 double bedrooms.
We are 800 metres from the centre of Sivota where you can find the sea, two small beaches, the harbour with boats for hire, slipway for launching boats and dinghies, bars, cafes, mini market, family-run restaurants, pubs, music venue, shops with Greek handicrafts.
A large 6mx12m swimming pool with sunbeds is at your disposal. The owner will meet you on your arrival in Sivota and take you to the villas, once settled he will be at your disposal to help you with anything you need Possibility of dinghy trips with skipper bookable down at the Port of Sivota.
