The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, fitness equipment, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated and private). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Villa Faiax is situated in one of the most organized and well known tourist resorts on the island at Ipsos, about 14 kilometers from Corfu Town. Ipsos Beach, with shallow waters, is a tourist settlement that offers a wide variety of tourist accommodation. In the beachfront road, you will find all sorts of shops, as well as taverns to taste the Corfu cuisine. There are many other dining options such as gourmet restaurants, international cuisine restaurants and snack bars. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
