General

The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private) and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The Old House & Guest House is a complex of two stone made houses being built the 1870 by a well-known family of Pigadisani and restored by the owners, both architects, to a very elegant & comfortable accommodation for families wanting to relax and experience a real holiday.

A large verandah, with a central mulberry tree and a built - in barbecue to the side, provides attractive sitting and dining areas with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.

​The Old House: Open plan sitting room with fire-place,dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar, leading to verandah. Shower room with WC. Open wooden stairs to upper floor with sitting hall to one double bedroom (Bedroom 1) and two twin bedded rooms (Bedrooms 2 & 3 ), large bathroom with bath.
The Guest House: has one two-bedded room & bathroom with jacuzzi bath and it is located beside the pool terrace.

Pigadisani is a traditional old village next to Karya named so after the many water wells and basins (in greek: "Pigadi") once in the area, located on the central hilltops of Lefkada. It is surrounded of fields, cypress forests and olive groves and is home of trails for walking across a wonderful countryside with desert old monasteries, as Agios Ioannis Theologos & Kokkini Eklissia, and worth seeing preserved settlements as Alexandros & Kiafa. The famous beaches of Agios Nikitas, Kathisma & Milos are only 7-11 km from the Old House .

Exposed beams, stone - flagged floors, antique brass beds and antique furnishing from the town of Lefkada and the village of Pigadisani, colourful hand made rugs, give a character of a refined country house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
