Right next to it there is the house's swimming pool, with sunbeds and a wooden deck.The pool is right next to the stone-built house by the central entrance.The central door leads into a large living room with a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.There are another two bedrooms in the villa, each with a double bed and air conditioning system. The first balcony door leads to the central courtyard, while the second leads to a Juliet balcony. The family bathroom with shower is located right next to the living room.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
