The house is part of the Verde Blu Resort and features a large private balcony, remote-controlled air conditioning, and WiFi. The two-storey layout includes a patio for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful coastal surroundings. Guests have access to beach equipment and on-site parking.
Everything you need is within walking distance—supermarkets, excellent seafront tavernas, and a variety of water sports options like jet-skiing, paddleboarding, or boat rentals. The majestic Mount Pantokrator creates a dramatic backdrop, and you’re just a 20-minute drive from Corfu Town (Kerkyra). Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
