The modern and tastefully furnished holiday villa is located in Moraitika, a small village in the east-south part of the sunny Greek island of Corfu. Public transport to Corfu city is easy and frequent.

The living room leads directly to a big terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast or a refreshing drink in front of the garden and the pool. Sun beds and umbrellas are available

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, an extra bathroom, as well as a spacious and modern decorated living room with a sofa that can easily be turned into a comfortable single bed.

All bedrooms offer 32 inch Smart TV, while the living room 43 inch Smart TV. Satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, heating and air-conditioning are provided in all areas.

The beach is about 200 metres away. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 400 metres away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
