Villa convertible into 2 flats. Can be rented in its entirety for up to 13 holidaymakers. Panoramic view of the sea and citadel. Park-like garden. Ideally located, quiet, above-ground swimming pool, private pool bar for holidaymakers only, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shady park with relaxation areas for personal reverie. Rooms tastefully decorated in the colours of the surrounding countryside, with sandy, pebbled and rocky beaches nearby. 3 golf courses within 15 minutes' drive, with superb views over the Bay of Navarino.
Open-plan kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, living room with convertible sofa, dining room. The double bed is behind a beautifully decorated screen. In the bedroom with 2 single 115cm beds, a folding bed can be added if guests do not wish to use the convertible sofa for a possible 5th person. The bathroom is small but well designed with a walk-in shower. Fully air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels changed once every 7 nights. If you wish to stay more often, it is possible to rent
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, above-ground swimming pool 8.70x4.70x1.30m, sun loungers, bar. Only for guests of the 2 units. The property is completely fenced. Hammock and hanging chairs for children.
There are 4 dogs living in the property in an enclosure provided for this purpose. From the main road to the villa, 440m of dirt road. Possibility of organising aperitifs and, on request, we can take care of the shopping for the day of arrival. In the other accommodation unit, the 2 upper floors can be rented for a maximum of 9 people, with independent access. The electricity charge is 2 kWh per person per day. Additional electricity costs are payable at cost price.
The large sandy beaches are a 4-minute drive away. The sea is right in front of you, 500 metres away as the crow flies. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and small emergency dispensary are 1500 metres away. The hospital is 11km away.

Payment terms and -periods
