Bed linen and towels changed once every 7 nights. If you wish to stay more often, it is possible to rent

From the main road to the villa there is a 440m dirt track. There are 4 dogs on the property who live in a 500m2 paddock planted with trees for the summer period. Cats are free. Possibility of organising aperitifs and on request we take care of the shopping for the day of arrival. On the lower ground floor, further independent accommodation for up to 5 occupants. The electricity charge is 2 kwh per person per day. Additional electricity costs are charged at cost price.
The large sandy beaches are a 4-minute drive away. The sea is right in front of you, 500 metres away as the crow flies. Minimarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and small emergency dispensary are 1,500 metres away. The hospital and supermarkets are 11km away.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
