If you want to experience blissfull and relaxing holidays in a natural ambience, this is the right place for you. This private estate that extends over 5 acres of genuine countryside is situated a little outside the picturesque town of Zakynthos. It is near Kalamaki beach and at the heart of the island’s National Marine Park - perfect for relaxing family holidays.

Surrounding the villa and overlooking the yard, are two lovely fully furnished terraces. Here you may relax and peacefully enjoy your meals with a picturesque view of the meadows and mountains of Zakynthos.
The elegant villa was built in accordance to the typical Zakynthian architecture and has only recently been fully and stylishly. It consists of three levels: ground floor, loft, and lower ground floor. The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten persons. All rooms are equipped with either air-conditioning or ceiling-fans. The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable open plan living-room / dining-room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with two single size beds (90 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub, wash basin and toilet. The open fireplace provides a romantic ambience in the living area where you will also find a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The impressive interior staircase on the ground floor leads upstairs to the must-see, cozy loft. This open space has been converted to comfortably accommodate four persons - it is practically a separate apartment. Traditionally decorated, the loft is comprised of a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two single size beds (90 x 200 cm), a child's crib and a private bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The lower ground floor features a romantic bedroom with a vintage double bed (140 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet and a laundry area. This level may be accessed from the interior staircase on the ground floor and via its own private entrance from the yard. The villa has a washing machine, bed linen and towels are provided and WiFi is also available free of charge.
Kalamaki beach is approximately 1 km away from your holiday villa. The centre of Zakynthos with shops, cafes and restaurants is approximately 400 m away. To the airport it's 2 km.
The villa is located in a separate, fenced-in section of the estate with its own private entrance. It is surrounded by a beautiful yard which includes rare flowers and perennial trees.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
