General

The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a DVD player. In the shade of a beautiful, mature, Linden tree is the modern built BBQ perfect for preparing a tasty Mediterranean lunch or dinner.

Upon entering the villa the attention to detail in the design is immediately notable, detail that creates a harmonious feeling of holiday and relaxation.

A few steps, adorned with ornate railings, lead into a spacious open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen area. The combination of metal and wood of the furnishing, the impressive light fittings made out of thick ship rope along with the light floaty curtains bring the Mediterranean feeling into the villa.

The spacious lounge, next to the dining room with huge windows allow for the unforgettable view to penetrate the villa; the cool translucent pool water comes in line with the deep blue sea, dotted with little islands as far as the eye can see.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
