The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single sofa beds, a double high sleeper, two single beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a patio, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a terrace and a garden and there are six air conditioners and three balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers, three toilets, a bath with shower and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
