The house was built in 2006, has a living space of 176 m² and is very comfortable and luxurius furnited and decorated. On the first floor, surrounding a 120 m² covered terrace with large dining table and baboo sofa.Also the pink ponk table. Inside, the dining room beside the open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, cooker hood, dishwasher, fitted kitchen, electric oven, coffee maker, espresso machines and other appliances and kitchen tools necessary. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
