Upon a quiet hillside, with panoramic view of the sea that reaches far to the islands of Hydra and Spetses, lies the Villa Rodon.

The house was built in 2006, has a living space of 176 m² and is very comfortable and luxurius furnited and decorated. On the first floor, surrounding a 120 m² covered terrace with large dining table and baboo sofa.Also the pink ponk table. Inside, the dining room beside the open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, cooker hood, dishwasher, fitted kitchen, electric oven, coffee maker, espresso machines and other appliances and kitchen tools necessary. In the living room with fireplace operates satellite TV, DVD, HiFi . The house consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds 1.60 1.80 and a bedroom with 1.80 or two single beds, respectively. A bathroom with shower and toilet and a bathroom with tub and toilet. There is a washing machine and hair dryer, too. From the hall, a staircase leads to the living room of the second floor. There you have 1 bedroom with double bed width 1.40 and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The terrace is overlooking the sea.
You may swim in crystal clear waters of the beaches Cantia and Kontili that are nearby and in every picturesque bay. In the property are fragrant flowers, olive and lemon trees and a fully equipped BBQ, a playground where children can enjoy hours of endless play. You have a private pool of 50 m², fully equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and outdoor shower. Parking available. The pool area is currently being modernized by spring 2020. After the redesign, the pool can be used regardless of the weather. You can expect a 4 meter high roof covering with special transparent material, so that sun, air and light can get into the pool, but the dangerous UBA-UBV radiation is filtered out in the hot summer months. It will be a beautiful place with discrete lighting.
