Harmony Villa is a stone-built two-bedroom holiday home inside Zakynthos National Marine Park, in the quiet village of Mouzaki, two kilometres from Laganas beach. Built in 2009 in traditional local stone, the interior is spacious and open-plan with a high vaulted wood-panelled ceiling and exposed stone walls. Double-glazed windows keep rooms quiet.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) in every main room. French bifold windows with shutters and mosquito blinds throughout. Bedroom 1: double bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes. Bedroom 2: two single beds, drawer cabinet. Sofa-bed in living room sleeps two more (total 6). Living area: 43-inch HDTV with satellite, LG sound system with aux-in. Kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, full crockery and utensils. Wi-Fi up to 100 Mbps.

West-facing private patio furnished for outdoor dining, within a fully fenced private garden — ideal for guests with pets or children. BBQ available. Private parking directly outside for 2 cars or 4 scooters. Shower room: fully tiled, reliable hot water, hairdryer, fresh towels. Also: iron, ironing board, safe. Washing machine available on the property.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
