This exclusive holiday villa is located in the picturesque village of Gouvia, north of Corfu town. Gouvia is a small former fishing village on the east coast of the island, nestled in a beautiful natural harbour.
Guests benefit from a heated Outdoor and Indoor Pool. On the sunny terrace there is a barbecue area. Next to the outdoor pool you have your own private tennis court.
The generously laid out villa can accommodate up to 16 guests. It spreads over three floors: the ground floor, the first and the second floor.
Ground floor:
two garages, extensive living-dining room 15m2, fitted kitchen, and one twin bedroom, comfortable leather armchairs a place to rest and a bathroom with hydromassage, aromatherapy and colour therapy.
First floor:
one double bedroom 36m2 with a Jacuzzi bathroom 20m2. One twin bedroom 20m2 with en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom 22m2. All bedrooms face balconies.There is a living room 110sq. m. with a fireplace, a 42’’ plasma TV and a Dolby Surround system. Play station 2 & 3, VCR, DVD, a radio and a CD player.You can enjoy a cup of coffee / tea or a drink at the wonderful veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices, like a microwave, an oven a dish washer, a washing machine and a drier.
Second floor :
two double bedrooms 36m2 with en suite bathrooms. In each room there is a 21’ TV set – vcr – sat1 – sat2 – tuner – air conditioning – Wi-Fi Internet.
The beach is about 4 km and the biggest water park in Europe Aqualand is 4 Km away. The town centre is 10 km small villages is 2 km with its restaurants and supermarkets .
There is also a security system with 16 cameras which controls the whole property as well as a clear glass lift from the garage to the first floor. The lift is suitable for wheelchairs.
Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
