Studios for 2 or 3 people with kitchenette, shower/WC, and approximately 8 sq m balcony. The kitchenette includes an extractor fan, refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and dishes.

Ceiling fan, air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Fresh bed linens are provided weekly. Fresh towels are provided twice a week with room service upon request!

Our large rooftop terrace offers fantastic panoramic views, sun loungers, and an additional kitchen with an outdoor grill. Our house is located on a hillside on the edge of town, with easy access to the sandy beach and the town center, which boasts a wide selection of restaurants and shops! We offer studios with 2 or 3 beds and apartments with two separate bedrooms and two large balconies with sea views!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
