The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. Air conditioning and heating are of course available. WLAN is available free of charge.

A park-like garden welcomes you with spacious grassy areas as well as cypresses, shrubs and palm trees. A large pergola and an outdoor barbecue invite you to eat and enjoy al fresco. The view of Mount Athos and the whole of Halkidiki is indescribable. The property is fenced. Athitos, a newly awakened, traditional stone-built village with cobbled alleys and marvellous panoramic spots and bathing bays, is also worth a visit. The town centre is approx. 700 m away on foot for shopping facilities.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
