My house is two storeys. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
In one room there is a large double bed, a sofa and a large wardrobe.
In room 2 there is a large double bed and a wardrobe.
Upstairs there is a third room with double bed , a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with shower.
A staircase from there leads to a loft where there is a very large layer. Before the large terrace of the house (30 sq) is an atrium with glass where there are two single beds and a piano.
On the terrace there is a wooden outdoor lounge and views of the sea is breathtaking.

There are many wonderful trees and a built-in barbecue.
The house is very close to the sea, 5 minutes walk, and very close to 2 large supermarkets.
It has air conditioning on both floors and is fully equipped.
The airport is 80 km and the general hospital Polygyros just 12 km.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
