Family flat with shared swimming pool and children's playground In the middle of a green oasis, quietly located in Nikiti Beach, Sithonia, Chalkidiki are the flats with palm garden, swimming pool with baby pool, children's playground and private parking. The beach is 150 metres away. The marina is 600 metres away, as are tavernas, supermarkets, cafes, boutiques and all the entertainment you need. The traditional Greek village of Nikiti is located in the centre of the Sithonia peninsula and has the typical flair of a Greek fishing village with its old stone houses, winding alleyways with traditional "kafenions" and fish tavernas. Nikiti and the surrounding area are known for the green pine forests, the numerous small bays with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear water and for the local specialities such as honey, olive oil, fish and wine. Nikiti has developed into the centre of Sithonia and has all the infrastructure facilities such as banks, post office, supermarkets, tavernas, medical centres, weekly market and is also lively all year round. At the newly built marina, boat owners offer inexpensive day trips.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
