The bed consists of either a double mattress (1.60m x 1.90m) for two people or two single beds next to each other (0.80m x 1.90m). Next to it you will find a table with two chairs, a bedside table, a shelf for your utensils plus a wall mirror and a wardrobe for your clothes. The kitchenette has a 2-ring hob, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a kettle. You will also find a flat-screen satellite TV with local and foreign channels (including German channels depending on reception), telephone, air conditioning and a hire safe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin. Your air conditioning (bedroom and living area) can provide both cooling and heating. The studios are decorated in different colours, orange or green, take your pick. The speed of the free Wi-Fi in your accommodation depends on the number of other guests who are logged in.

A small balcony with garden furniture is at your disposal. The view is of the old part of the village of Afytos with its typical stone houses.

The four studios will be renovated in 2018, the bathroom completely and the combined living-bedroom partially. Please note that the studios can only be booked including breakfast.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
