The maisonettes are next to each other and are located in the centre of the entire complex with a main view and entrance from the garden. There are two floors available. On the ground floor is the living area with an open-plan corner kitchen and a dining table for up to four people. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hob, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle, small fridge and cooking and eating utensils. The cosy sofa invites you to relax. This sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for the 4th person (in the maisonettes where the second bedroom has a single bed). The furnishings also include a flat-screen TV with local and some German-language satellite channels, as well as a telephone, a hire safe and air conditioning. The ground floor also has a separate toilet. On the upper floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60m x 1.90m) and one with a single bed or a bunk bed, depending on the maisonette (single beds each 0.80m x 1.90m). Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. Your air conditioning (bedroom and living area) can provide both cooling and heating. The speed of the free Wi-Fi in your accommodation depends on the number of other guests who are logged in.

Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the garden and the old part of the picturesque village of Afytos. There is also a terrace.
