Plataria is the first beautiful place when coming from Igoumenitsa on the way south.the villa was beautifully placed in the hilly landscape of Plataria above a beautiful bay with panoramic views.the house is located in an absolutely quiet location just outside the gates of Plataria.entertainment / and shopping facilities: The centre of Plataria is only 500 metres away. The small fishing harbour and the long bay with its numerous restaurants, cafes and ouzerias leave nothing to be desired and of course you will also find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, hairdressers and everything you need for daily life. Further entertainment facilities in Igoumenitsa 15 km and Syvota 10 km.Parking: Parking in the green area of the complex.Beach: Pebble beach below the house. At a distance of 10-12 km south of Plataria you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches around Syvota (Megali & Mikri Ammos Beach, Mega Drafi Beach). A very beautiful bay (Kokinos Vrachos (= red rock) with sandy beach and beach bar is only 7 minutes away from the complex. Other beautiful sandy beaches are between 30-40 minutes away and can easily be reached by car. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
