The interior of the villa, with an area of 190 m2, is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 8 persons. There are four comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels, two of which are elegant double suites with private bathrooms and a 30 m2 panoramic terrace on the first floor. Each room guarantees maximum comfort thanks to high-quality mattresses and features a safe and Wi-Fi connection. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, adjacent to a cosy dining/living room, is the ideal space for convivial moments.
Outside, the vast 3000 m2 grounds with private pool and veranda with Jacuzzi (open from June to October) are a true paradise. The 50 m2 pool, with a saltwater purification system, is framed by a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols, offering a panoramic view of the Cretan landscape. Completing the outdoor facilities is a dining area with table and benches, where you can enjoy meals al fresco, surrounded by the serenity of nature and the beauty of the place.

HOUSE RULES
We would like to inform you about the house rules.
o Children are allowed from the age of 6.
o During their stay, guests are required to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. It is advisable to leave the house as it was on arrival. Thorough cleaning and tidying up is carried out by the host once a week and every time new guests arrive.
o The host takes care of cleaning the pool every week.
o Please respect the safety instructions for using the swimming pool and hot tub (open from June to October).
o Please do not return home wet after using the pool.
o The host provides guests with towels, bed linen, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, toiletries, detergents, dishwashing liquid, deck chairs and sun loungers.
o Bed linen is included in the price of the stay and is changed upon arrival of new guests, while guests staying longer than 7 days are provided with clean bed linen every 7 days. o Towels are included in the price of the stay and each guest will receive one large, one small and one pool towel per week.
o Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit, as the host is not responsible for any loss.
o Do not leave valuables in the car.
o Please switch off electrical appliances, close pipes, windows and doors when leaving the house.
o Please close sun loungers and parasols on the terrace in bad weather or before leaving home. Exceptions are made in special situations where it is necessary to enter the house to prevent possible damage or danger; in this case, guests are required to allow access to the unit for verification.
o Weapons, flammable and explosive substances, and objects with a strong, unpleasant smell are not permitted. During the stay, guests are allowed to use all devices available in the house, following the instructions for proper use.
o Smoking is forbidden, as is lighting candles. Please respect the rules. o We kindly ask smokers to use the space under the verandas and the two terraces of the upper rooms as a smoking area, using the ashtray.
o No fires may be lit outside the designated spaces. Please check that the fire is extinguished before leaving the house and do not leave it unattended.
o It is not permitted to move furniture inside the unit or to move it from inside to outside the house (chairs from the kitchen to the terrace or pool, towels and blankets that are to be used inside the house must not be in the pool! etc.).
o We kindly ask guests to take care of the rented unit, furniture and equipment that are part of the interior and exterior of the house. We are extremely grateful for this.
o Unregistered persons are not allowed to spend a night in the house or stay for the entire day, nor are they allowed to use the inventory without the host's permission.
o If guests intend to be absent for two or more days, the host must be informed in advance. o In case of malfunctioning devices and broken equipment inside the accommodation unit, immediately inform the host who will repair the problem as soon as possible.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
