Sivas Rocks is a place of raw concrete, reduced to clean lines and understated elegance. Located 500 meters outside the village of Sivas on a small hill, this villa, newly built in 2024, offers spectacular 360° panoramic views: to the north rises the 2,456-meter-high Psiloritis massif, to the east stretches far across the Messara Plain, and to the south, the majestic Asterousia Mountains stand proudly.

The house features two bedrooms with large double beds and two separate shower rooms. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area invites you to socialize. A separate TV room with a 65-inch television, a desk, and an additional guest bed provides a private retreat. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned with modern fan coil units (heat pump), and underfloor heating ensures comfortable warmth during the winter months.

The 2,000m² property features a newly landscaped garden with over 200m² of terraces, some covered, some open, a 30m² pool, and an open-air shower and toilet. The sun wakes you up early and illuminates the property until evening.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
