This apartment is in the idyllic town of Aghia Marina, in the north-west of the island of Crete, in the Chania region. This elegant apartment with modern furnishing can accommodate up to eight people comfortably, within about 140m² of living space. The accommodation has a total of three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds. There are also a smaller and a larger bathroom. The centrepiece of the apartment is the light and spacious living and dining room with a sofa, a dining table and plenty of seating, as well as a flatscreen TV and a home cinema system for watching DVDs. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances.

The seventh and eighth person can sleep on a sofa bed. A washing machine is available. The apartment has been furnished with attention to detail and you are bound to feel comfortable here.

The apartment has a whirlpool indoors, with access to the terrace with a private pool. You can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea from the terrace and from the balcony.

The accommodation is the ideal starting point for visiting many sights, including the beach at Falasarna, the exotic Elafonissi, or picturesque villages such as Paleachora and Sougia. There is plenty to explore on the modern island of Crete that is open to the world. Some of the most popular discos and bars are in the north-west of the island. There are many restaurants of different categories and catering to different tastes, for lovers of good cuisine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
