The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a table tennis table, a sauna, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private), a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This fabulous villa is in Nea Magnisia, a traditional and picturesque village just a few kilometres outside of the town of Rethymnon and just 1000 metres from Skaleta, a historical settlement. It is about 67km to the west of Heraklion.

Apart from the pool and the terrace, the outdoor area also has a sauna (payable) and of course a grill area. There are parking spaces off site. The driveway and access to the villa are wheelchair accessible.A table tennis is also available as well as rackets and balls.

The luxurious villa of 132m² built in 2006 provides all the necessary comfort and can offer up to six people an unforgettable holiday. You enter the villa straight into the open kitchen with a dining space and a lounge area. Already from here you can enjoy a great view of the sea. The kitchen provides everything you need, with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, along with all the basics. The comfortable sofa corner looks out directly at the pool and the terrace. You only need to open the sliding doors to enjoy a refreshing dip. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and with very comfortable beds (140 x 200cm). The main bedroom with a TV has its own bathroom with a whirlpool. The second bedroom has a bathroom next to it with a shower. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All the rooms are on one floor, which also makes this accommodation suitable for wheelchair users and families with children.

The villa is especially popular because it is just a few minutes from the beach and nearby there are also a bus stop and a taxi stand, not to mention the quiet location of the house. A supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, florist, local taverna, coffee shop, and Prinos village. Owing to the central location it is easy to get to many places of interest: the Knossos palace, the Arkadi monastery, the town of Rethymnon, Prevely Palm Beach in the south of the island, or Damnoni Beach, Georgioupollis, Lake Kourna and Chania. Of course there is also Skaleta with its little harbour and great beaches.

The villa has air conditioning throughout and provides satellite Plasma TV and a DVD player. There is also a washing machine. The master bedroom has a safe for your valuables. The villa is cleaned once a week and bed linen and towels are changed.We follow strictly the protocol for the protection and prevention of the Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
